2. How long does the shipping takes? Or express shipping?
We ship from California and the standard shipping (domestic ground) will usually takes about 5-7 days.
We do have 3day, 2nd day and next day (overnight shipping). Please refer to the shipping policy.
International shipping takes 7-10 days.
3. How does exchange and return works?
For exchange, you can exchange to any other style you would prefer to change. We'll either charge or refund on the difference of the dresses. The entire shipping fee incurred during exchange/return is your responsibility. No restocking fee on exchanges but there is going to be a 20% restocking fee on returns and shipping fee cannot be waived. For example, you purchased a $50 dress with a $10 shipping. Your total refund is $40 out of your total expense $60 because 20% of $50 is $10 plus $10 shipping cannot be refunded. Contact or email us ASAP if you're going to exchange/return and please refer to the exchange/return policy.
4. Do you have a store? Can we come and take a look?
Unfortunately, we do not have a store. However, after ordering over the internet, you're more than welcome to pick up your dress and have the shipping fee waived. You must contact us and make an appointment for walk in.
5. How do I track my order status?
Once the packages ship out, you will be getting an email notification with the tracking number.
Also you can check your order status by your order number + email.
6. How true are your sizing charts?
The sizes are pretty true as it appears on our sizing chart. However, the measurements can vary little depending on the style of the dress. We recommend you to measure your girl and match it as best as you can to our sizing chart.

We advice to order in 2-3 months in advance to give time for any kind of alterations or exchanges. Keep in mind the holidays (Christmas, Easter, communion, and summer) dresses will go out of stock quickly.
10. After I place the order how long does it takes to get processed?
Your order is processed the next business day after your order is placed. If placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday; your order will be processed on Monday.
11. Do you offer discount for group orders?
