Girl's Dresses

 

We at Girls Dress Line take pride in bringing you quality dresses for all occasions. If by any chance, you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you in either exchanging or refunding your money provided the following correct procedure is taken.

 

Exchanges

 

1. If you wish to make an exchange for one or more of your girl’s dresses, please contact

    us via email to receive a RA Number (Return Authorization   Number) within 3 days

    of receiving your package. 

2. In the package, please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the RA number on the

    box.

3. Please make sure that the package is shipped out within 10 days of receiving the

    original item. This does NOT mean we must receive the item within 10 days, but

    rather just postmarked within the 10 day period. We will not make exchanges to

    orders not postmarked within the 10 day period. 

4.  All domestic exchange items will also be charged $5.00 for re-shipping.

5. For damaged and/or tainted items, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the

    original price on the item. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during

    the shipping process.

6. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred on exchanges.

7. Please note that we will only make TWO exchanges per order. All sales afterwards

    are final. 

Returns

 

1. To return an item, please contact us via email to receive a RA Number within 3 days

    of receiving your package. 

2. In the package, please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the RA number on the

    box

3. Please make sure that the package is shipped out within 5 days of receiving the

    original item. This does NOT mean we must receive the item within 5 days, but rather

    just postmarked within the 5 day period. We will not accept returns on packages that

   are not postmarked within the 5 day period. 

4. If you are returning 2 items or less, the shipping fee of the original order and a 20%

    restocking fee will be deducted from the return payment

5. If you are returning more than 2 items, a 30% restocking fee and the shipping fee

    of the original order will be deducted from the return payment

6. All orders with free shipping will be charged $9.00 and any discounts with coupons

    applied will be cancelled for any items returned. 

7. For damaged and/or tainted items, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the

    original price on the item. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged 

    during the shipping process.

8. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred on returns.

**Keep in mind that the free shipping is for our customers who purchase and keep

    the items.**

All Accessories & Clearance Items

There is absolutely NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for all accessories & clearance items. All accessories & clearance items are final sales and under no circumstances will they be qualified for an exchange or return.

Please attach this form along with your exchange/return item and a copy of your invoice.
