Wonderful Customer Service!

We ordered a dress for my daughter's first communion. The order was placed on Friday evening. On Monday, we received a call letting us know that the last dress in her size was found to have a stain on it. The staff tried everything to remove the stain but were unsuccessful. They worked with us to choose a new dress and everything was taken care of quickly. Most companies would just ship the stained dress and make you deal with returns and exchanges after the fact! So thankful we were able to take care of the issue with a simple phone call and my daughter's new dress is on it's way!
