Girl's Dresses
We at Girls Dress Line take pride in bringing you quality dresses for all occasions. If by any chance, you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you in either exchanging or refunding your money provided the following correct procedure is taken.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact us via phone or email within 3 days
of receiving your package. Packages must be postmarked within 10 days
of receiving the original item. Please note that this does NOT mean we must receive the item within 10 days.
If the package is not postmarked within the allowed 10 days of receiving the item, it will automatically be disqualified for an exchange.
We will only make a maximum of TWO exchanges per order.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the invoice number on the box: this is also your Return Authorization number. Make sure that the item you are exchanging is in its original condition, with the original tag and wrappings. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the original price in restocking fee for damaged or tainted items.
We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process.
All shipping fees incurred on exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.

The shipping fee* of the original order and a 20% restocking fee will automatically be deducted from returns. Furthermore, all orders with free shipping will be charged $12 for any items returned. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the original price in restocking fee for damaged or tainted items.

Clearance Items
There is absolutely NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for clearance items. All sales made are final and under no circumstances will they be qualified for an exchange or return.
