Girls Dress Line - Return & Exchange Policy
We at Girls Dress Line, take pride in bringing you quality dresses for all occasions.
If by any chance, you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you in either exchanging or refunding your money provided the following correct procedure is taken.
Exchanges
Please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make an exchange.
Make sure that the item you are exchanging is in its original condition, with the original tag and wrappings.
We reserve the right to charge a 20%-50% restocking fee if the item is damaged or tainted.
Packages must be postmarked within 3 days from delivery arrival.
We only allow two time exchange with SHIPPING FEE.
If the package is not postmarked within the allowed 3 days of receiving the delivery, it will automatically be disqualified for an exchange.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the invoice number on the box, as this will also serve as the RA (Return Authorization) number.
Make sure you securely package the returning item as we will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Any merchandise received by air on a Friday or Saturday cannot be exchanged. This only applies to customers who call in for emergency air-shipping.
All shipping fees incurred on exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns

Clearance Items
There is absolutely NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for clearance items. They are all final sale and under no circumstances will they be qualified for an exchange or return. Keep in mind that our free shipping promotion does not cover the purchase of one clearance item, but if you order 2 or more, free shipping will be included!
